This private reference site operates independently of government. It neither stores official records nor obtains official checks, retrieves files, or submits paperwork for a visitor.

Its content identifies WCSO, the Wise/Norton courts, the Virginia State Police Central Criminal Records Exchange, and the Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry, along with optional tools run by third parties.

2. Rules for Using This Site

• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked tool must not be used to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate. Misuse can violate the law. Virginia's registry rules particularly restrict harmful use of data from the Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry. The registry supports public-safety awareness, not vigilantism or prohibited discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness.
